I have had a Twitter account for a while, and I’m still very unsure why and how it should be used. The only thing I do with my account is to post blog updates. Now I have become lazy to the extent I let Feedburner take care of that function.
What intrigues me is that somehow I have managed to accumulate a number of followers. Some people have followed me, because I had followed them first, and some are people I know in real life. But I’m still at a loss to explain how some people managed to find my tweets, among the millions, and decided to follow the updates I post.
I have a vague feeling that I’m missing something quite fundamental about using this mode of communication. Quite exactly what that involves, I still have no idea.
