Snapshots Animals Great spotted woodpecker
I am not entirely confident whether I have correctly identified this bird, but consulting the RSPB site, I think it is a great spotted woodpecker.

This photograph was taken in London during the lockdown due to coronavirus. Cooped at home, I decided to take a closer look at the wildlife visible from my window and balcony. I have been pleasantly surprised by the diversity.
